Are you planning your own trip to Europe but need a little assistance with one or 2 pieces of it?

Maybe you need some assistance in finding and booking a special experience, accommodation or tour.

Even if you are a seasoned Europe traveler there may be something unique you want to do that you just need a little help with.

This is where my a la carte services come in.

I can help with some of the details such as:

  • Organizing a special wine or whiskey tour or tasting
  • Booking an exclusive private tour
  • Planning a memorable dinner
  • Arranging a private driver
  • Organizing a special interest class such as a cooking, painting or language course
  • Planning complex transportation
  • Booking accommodation
  • Or anything else you may need help with

Customized Planning

Here’s how it works.

 

  • First you’ll fill out the contact form to request a la carte services. Be sure to select the ‘a la carte’ option from the menu.
  • Please be as detailed and specific as possible so I know what it is you want assistance with. The more information, the better!
  • I will contact you with follow up questions as needed.
  • Once I have all the information, I will send you a quote for the services you want help with.
  • From there we’ll work together, staying in contact via email, phone or video chats to get your services booked.
  • Once those pieces of your trip are booked, I’ll send any necessary documents to you via email.

A la carte services require a deposit of half the amount up front with the balance due once the booking is made. 

Instructions on payment will be sent with the invoice.
