  • Give you recommendations and expert advice on your travel destinations.

Customized Planning

Here’s how it works.

 

  • First you’ll fill out the contact form to request itinerary planning. Be sure to select the ‘itinerary planning’ option from the menu. And please be as specific as possible about where you want to go and for how long.
  • I’ll contact you to get the ball rolling. 
  • You’ll give me the details of where and when you want to go, how many days you want to travel, what you want to do and how you want to travel (car, train, bus). We can do this via email, phone or video call.
  • I’ll create approximately 3 itineraries and send them to you for your review.
  • From there, we can adjust the itinerary as need be with the idea being that we will have a final itinerary within 2 weeks.
  • Once you approve the itinerary, you are set and can begin making your own plans for each stop.

Itinerary planning is a flat fee, paid up front but will depend on the length of your trip and how much you move around.

So itinerary planning will run $175 at a minimum (for a week-long trip) and up to $400 for a 2-3 week trip.

You can make payment via credit card, Venmo, Zelle or PayPal.

Instructions on how to make payment will be included in the email.

When we’re finished you’ll have your trip mapped out and will know the best way to get from point A to point B.

You’ll get this itinerary in a pdf file.

It will be up to you to do the research on where to stay and to choose what to do.

But I will always provide a few suggestions and recommendations on what is in the area for you to do, see and experience.

 

Upon request I can provide you with an EXPANDED ITINERARY which will include specific recommendations for accommodation, sites, pubs & restaurants, drives, trails for walking/hiking or anything else that interests you.

If you want to upgrade to customized travel planning, you may certainly do so.

The money paid will be applied to this expanded level of service.
