Connemara, Ireland is a diverse and unspoiled landscape with mountains, peaty bogland, craggy coastline dotted with harbor villages and some beautiful sandy beaches. It’s a wild and desolate piece of Ireland but so very beautiful.

Hi Lynne! Loved this episode! I felt like I was transported to Ireland over the past 35 minutes. Your take was inspiring and I greatly enjoyed how you touched on so many different aspects of traveling to the area-hiking, history, cycling, outdoors, etc. I opened up GoogleMaps and followed along as you described the locations which enhanced the experience. I am totally ready to pack my bags for Connemara. The last time we were in Ireland, we based in Dublin and drove north. Definitely going to use this as a guide for our next trip! Thanks for posting this. I’ve already shared it on my page. 🙂
Sláinte!
Thanks for the comment, Michael. I love Connemara. It’s really a not-to-be-missed piece of Ireland. And I’m glad you like the podcast so far!
