Venice, Venezia, is one of those iconic cities that I think everyone should see at least once. It’s beguiling. It’s impossible. It’s dripping with art and history. It’s gorgeous. If you go, try not to visit in the summer as it can be very busy and prices go up. I went in June and it was crazy. But, I ran early one morning and felt as though I had the city to myself. Well, almost. Me and the Venetians. It was a magical run as I watched this incredible city come to life. Travel memories to cherish for a lifetime.
