I asked Lynne to plan a round trip airplane flight from Florida to Cincinnati for two unescorted grandchildren, specifying no layover or plane switching, certain required departure/return dates, and most economical price. She handled all the details thoroughly and flawlessly. In the process she was always in contact, with options and suggestions, explaining everything I needed to know and do, highly responsive and proactively thinking to avoid any problems. She even sent timely reminders and tips that were helpful in meeting the airline’s requirements for kids travelling alone. She did an excellent job for us.
